RendChain is a decentralized peer-to-peer network (just like Blockchain, but better). The network aims to let people contribute their computational power: personal computers, laptops, tablets, to a system that would rent them to businesses that need it.
We will start by giving computing power to renderers (animation studios, freelancers, and advertising companies) that need to buy thousands of computers to meet the quality & deadline requirements. We have two essential target markets: deeply specialized contributors and the broad public.
The specialized contributors involve those, who both have the computing power and are engaged in rendering animations, movies & ads. Those users have their computing power idle for most of the time, and when the time to render comes, they have not enough processing units.
